and so much more. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and an outdoor shower. With beds tastefully placed in the over-sized bedrooms the house
comfortably accommodates multiple families for a great vacation experience. There is also a large semi-finished basement that contains another family room and a 58"
foosball table. The finished garage has a Peloton+ Bike for Spin, Yoga, and HIIT classes!*

This place is truly special and I’m so
thankful we got to experience it! We had
a family friend get together and it was
perfect for us. The house is super close
to Chapin and Mayflower beaches (our
favorite on the Cape) and walkable to all
the restaurants in Dennis Village. The
bedrooms are large with comfortable
beds, the kitchen is stocked with
cookware (we had everything we
needed for some large meals) and the
common spaces are very comfortable
including an awesome sunroom! The
bocce court was a HUGE hit and the
large, private backyard was so relaxing
and great for the kids. The outdoor
shower and the large grill were the
cherries on top. Gerald was a great host
and was super responsive to our
questions. He also gave us great
recommendations for the best local
spots! (Definitely go to Sesuit Harbor
Cafe and The Scargo Cafe) We absolutely
loved our stay and can’t wait to come
back again next year!
